All original packaging, including protective films, manuals, accessories, and included components (such as batteries or mounting hardware), must be returned intact and in full

Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If the return is for other reasons (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges:

To ensure the fastest replacement, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds&Restocking:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 days for your bank or credit card to reflect the refund. Items missing original components or showing signs of use may be subject to a partial refund or restocking fee.
