We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached, in their original packaging.

How to Return:

Contact us at support@skklaser.com request a return. We will provide the correct return address and instructions based on your location.

Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If the return is for other reasons (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 days for your bank or credit card to reflect the refund.
